Built by the community in 1953 in honour of those who served in World War II, the hall has five rooms for hire, from a boardroom for meetings to a 470-capacity auditorium. The whole complex can host up to 800 guests.
The hall had a one-page website. The hall society needed a full website, online bookings for each room, and hire paperwork that could be completed online.
We created a design system for the hall, then built the site around it with live room availability and online booking.
WordPress and Elementor Pro. The booking system takes bookings for each room, blocks double bookings when the whole complex is hired, and syncs with Google Calendar. Fluent Forms runs the hire agreement, pre-event checklist and alcohol management plan.
The hall opened in 1953, built by the Te Puke community in honour of those who served in World War II.
