Seed Studio Loyalty Points Plugin Pro

Core Programme

  • Customers earn loyalty points automatically when orders are marked completed in FluentCart
  • Configurable earn rule — set how much a customer must spend per point earned (default: 1 point per $1 spent)
  • Configurable redemption value — set what each point is worth as a discount at checkout (default: $0.10 per point)
  • Points are reversed automatically if an order is refunded or cancelled
  • Orders where loyalty points were redeemed do not earn additional points

Checkout Integration

  • “Use Loyalty Points?” panel injected seamlessly into the FluentCart checkout, matching native coupon UI styling
  • Customers enter a point amount (or use their full balance) and the discount is applied via FluentCart’s own coupon engine
  • Applied discount shown in the order summary and receipt
  • Panel hides automatically once points are applied; reappears if the customer removes the discount

Admin Panel

  • Dedicated Loyalty Points menu in WordPress admin with five tabs: Overview, Ledger, Settings, Back-fill, and Points Log
  • Overview — programme KPIs (points issued, redeemed, outstanding balance, total liability), top members table, qualifying role display
  • Ledger — financial summary with monthly breakdown, drill-down by customer showing all transactions by invoice number, direct links from invoices to FluentCart orders and customer records, CSV export, date range filtering
  • Settings — configure earn rule, redemption value, qualifying roles, and backfill batch size, with a live preview showing the effect of current settings on an example order
  • Back-fill — batch process historical completed orders to award points retrospectively, with per-customer preview and progress tracking
  • Points Log — per-customer transaction history with manual adjustment tool for administrative corrections

Customer Portal

  • Current points balance displayed in the FluentCart customer account area under a dedicated Points tab

Pro Licence System

  • Free version installs with default settings and is fully functional immediately
  • Pro licence (purchased at seedstudio.co.nz) unlocks full settings control, ledger, backfill, CSV export, and manual adjustments
  • Licence is activated per-site directly from the plugin settings panel
  • Licence validated against the Seed Studio licence server with encrypted local caching

Technical

  • Built exclusively for FluentCart — uses FluentCart’s native Cart model, coupon engine, order hooks, and customer portal APIs
  • No external dependencies beyond FluentCart
  • All monetary values handled in cents internally, matching FluentCart’s data model throughout
  • Idempotent point award and deduction hooks — safe against duplicate processing
  • Compatible with WordPress 6.9+ and PHP 7.4+
