Seed Snap turns any community event into a live, points-scoring photo hunt — clean-ups, scavenger hunts, school days, orienteering and more. This license is everything you need to run one.
How it works
Buy a license, redeem the code at snap.seedstudio.co.nz/manage, and your event is live in an afternoon. Participants scan your QR poster, snap photos as they play, and score points for their team on a live leaderboard. No app installs — everything runs in the browser.
What’s included with every event license
- Your own event page at snap.seedstudio.co.nz/your-event — your name, logo, colours and cover photo
- Participant registration with teams — magic-link sign-in, no passwords needed
- Live leaderboard, photo wall, map and a big-screen dashboard for your base station
- Bonus snaps, geofenced bonus zones and timed challenges to spike engagement
- Photo moderation — void anything that shouldn’t count, or award bonus points
- Printable QR posters (A4, ready to print) — the QR is how participants join
- Reports and full results export when the event wraps up
Choosing your tier
Each license runs one event, sized by participant cap:
- Starter — up to 500 participants
- Community — up to 1,500 participants
- City — up to 3,000 participants
- Contact us — for over 3,000 participants
Billing
Monthly subscription, cancel anytime from your Seed Studio account. Cancelling ends the license at the end of the billing period; your event data and reports stay available.
