What it does

Seed Studio Loyalty Points Pro Plugin adds a complete earn-and-redeem loyalty system directly to your FluentCart store. Customers earn points automatically when their orders are marked completed, and can redeem those points for a discount at checkout, no third-party services, no monthly SaaS fees, no complexity.

Earn points: customers accumulate points based on their order total. You control exactly how generous the programme is: set how much they need to spend per point earned, and what each point is worth as a discount at checkout.

Redeem at checkout: a “Use Loyalty Points?” option appears seamlessly in the FluentCart checkout, matching the native coupon UI. Customers enter how many points they want to use and the discount is applied instantly.

Full admin control: a dedicated Loyalty Points panel in your WordPress admin gives you complete visibility and control. View outstanding balances, track every transaction by customer and order, export to CSV, manually adjust points, and backfill historical orders into the programme.

Customer portal: customers can see their current points balance directly in their FluentCart account area.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.9 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • FluentCart (free or Pro) — this plugin is built exclusively for FluentCart and requires it to be installed and active
  • A FluentCart store with at least one active product

Free version

The free version installs with sensible defaults and is fully functional out of the box, customers earn 1 point per $1 spent and each point is worth $0.10 at checkout. The programme works immediately with no configuration required.

Pro version

Unlock full control over your loyalty programme with a Pro licence from seedstudio.co.nz. Pro features include:

  • Customise the earn rate, set how much customers need to spend per point
  • Customise the redemption value, set what each point is worth at checkout
  • Control which customer roles participate in the programme
  • Access the full financial ledger with drill-down by customer and order
  • Backfill historical orders to award points retrospectively
  • Export all transaction data to CSV
  • Manually adjust customer point balances

A Pro licence is tied to a single WordPress site and is activated directly from the plugin settings panel.
