
Steps for Life was created to support teen mental and physical health, and from day one the goal was to make the organisation feel safe, relatable, and accessible. As the charity grew, it needed consistent design, a strong online presence, and practical support behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

This project shaped how I saw my role as a designer. Working so closely with a charity dedicated to young people’s wellbeing reinforced that design isn’t just about looking good, it’s about creating connection, trust, and access. It cemented my belief that good design should be available to everyone, especially organisations doing work that truly matters.
